Love Your Business: Increasing Capacity and Aligned Practices as a Business Owner

How To Build A Loving And Supportive Relationship With Your Business

Why Love Your Business

As a mental health professional, your business needs to be a partner in providing great benefits to your clients.

It can’t be dragging you down, creating frustration, apathy, resentment, fatigue, and stress- maybe even a bit of all of the above.

In all your professional training and development of business acumen, you’ve learned to treat patients, market services, hire staff, and more to solve issues that arise in your business.

But what if the problem is that you’re actually (or almost) burned out? What if your business keeps your capacity low, and you worry about it impacting how you serve clients?

You don’t want to burn everything to the ground, but you need a plan to escape an unsustainable situation. Not a marketing plan or a sales plan or a business plan, but an Emotional Sustainability Plan ™ , a plan that will help guide you through your business's inevitable ups and downs.

Love Your Business (so it will love you back)

Love Your Business is the only anti-burnout program that addresses the strategy of running a business at the same time as helping you release old patterns and trauma (so you don’t end up back here). We workshop together to help you recreate, rebuild, and revitalize your business from the inside out.

Love Your Business is a one-day workshop that will teach you how to identify your self-limiting patterns, as well as strengths, to determine a solid path forward that works for you and create both the boundaries and the action plan to make it happen.

Program Content Description

Learn a framework for creating a practice that is aligned with your values while also building your capacity. This framework will help keep burnout at bay and help you provide clients with consistent, stable support.

Program Learning Objectives

  • Distinguish the thoughts, behaviors and results associated with healthy and unhealthy orientations to a clinician's private practice business.

  • Differentiate between dynamics with your business that support a client's mental-health needs and those that may be causing unintentional harm.

  • Analyze factors and events from childhood that are creating experiences clinicians are having in their business and impacting outcomes for their clients.

  • Identify the thoughts, behaviors and decisions needed to avoid burnout, support goals and create positive dynamics in your practice which allow the best care for clients.

  • Create a therapeutic plan for a clinician's own mental-health support in their private practice.
